The Kenting photos have arrived, and I particularly like the B/W photos. I have a good selection of my favourite photos here, and I have changed them all into classy B/W tone. They looked so cool in B/W photos!

貪得意之過

Photographer Joe asked us to give him a "手勢", what i can relate to is "粗口手勢". in just a split of a second, he captured me looking stupidly with a nasty look and guesture! Oh my god!

Cat's hand looked funny too, is she......also thinking to do the same thing???

再接再厲

The dishes look perfect, but i can tell you the chicken wings are too salty. >o<" But the steamed meat pie, steamed egg and sago pudding have all passed.

2009年喜慶事一則

We are so happy to hear the wedding announcement of Joanne tonight. It seems like we have a common goal to accomplish in the next coouple of months. Congratulations, Joanne!

On the other hand, we will definitely miss you. You life is destined to be everywhere in the world. Hope you will come back often to meet your parents and friends in Hong Kong.

Fireworks @ HK Disneyland (19 Oct)

This is so funny to find out the kids are just screaming whenever they want, not according to the firework. When they sky is clear, they still scream!!! Wa...wah..ah.....wawawah....

The video was sharply cut because my camera is ruuning out of battery. Lucky that I still captured 95% of the firework.

Halloween @ HK Disneyland (Oct 19)

TNSW gathering at disneyland on a Sunday in the Autumn of 2008!

Thanks Grace and Winnie who have brought 6 people in at no charge, they even act as the special tour guide at the park, it is so good that we have not even taken a look at the map.

The ghost houses are pretty scary, lots of screams and laughters!!

Recommended by Ann and Irene, I have decided to end my evening with a glass of "Milo Dinsosaur". It is extremely delicious.............. The iced milo drink was topped with at least 4 tablespoons of Milo Powder, and they are really generous, and it is sold at S$2.8 (HK$14).

A peacful corner at the Club Lounge @ InterContinental Singapore

We plan to stay near the exhibtion hall, but all of the rooms in the nearby hotel are fullly booked 3 weeks ago. The closest hotel we can stay would be InterContinental Singapore.

It's a beautiful boutique hotel with a rich Peranakan heritage. Impressed by the old uncle serving us at the Club Lounge on the 2th Floor, he can remember our names after the first day, and he has kindly put ice cubes on strawberries for me, what a start of a good day!

ITB Asia 2008 (1)

This is the first time that ITB is held in Asia. Feedbacks from the Dubai trade is overwhelming. There are 10 Dubai co-participants joining us at the fair under the Dubai Stand. This is the first time they have adopted a new and clean design, thanks god, they have not used the old style again!!

Watching comedy is always a good pastime. Today, we have watched the VCD - Be Kind Rewind.

Cat has highly recommended the film earlier, we finally bought the VCD even though we are not very fond of Jack Black.

It started a bit slow, but the film was really good for the rest of the time. Very touched by the unity of the poeple in the small town too.

年紀漸長，開始不斷聽到了同輩友人的噩耗或身患頑疾的消息，心中既感歎生命的短暫和無奈，也只能共勉珍惜目前。踏入金的中年，不少人都攀上了事業的頂，營營役役，為事業拚搏，往往忽略了平衡，而沒有玩好手上的所有球。不少生命中的球，掉下來，就碎了。

可口可樂總裁可能還是一位比較老實的美國人，香港人以拚搏出名，很多人手中玩又豈止是上述的五個球呢？有些人自恃藝高人膽大，多玩幾個球，以圖贏得多一點掌聲、多一點回報，但沒想到觀眾的評分，是在乎我們能玩多少個球，而是看我們能玩得多漂亮。小丑玩球也好、演藝人任何形式的表演也好，觀眾最不願意看到的是災難式的錯誤。

2008年大事一則

Most of my friends know that I am not good at cooking Chinese cuisine. I believe cooking spaghetti and desserts are much easier than the daily Chinese dishes.
Trying to be a good wife, I had bought 2 Chinese cook books and cooked a big dinner tonight.
To my surprise, they are all pretty tasteful. This is a great reward for all the hard work today.

Home deco items are always nice and cheap in Bangkok. It is so easy to find something nice to decorate my flat every time. This littel bird cage and the pigeon candle hanger were two treatures hunted by me in this buisiness trip. I am so pleased to see the final look, no regrets to carry them for some many miles.

出差Bangkok - Part 1

It took me 3 hours to reach my hotel from the Bangkok airport, so it was almost the flight time between HKG & BKK. Traffic jam was unbelievably heavy in the downtown where my hotel is located. At 7.45pm, I decided to carry my suitacase and walk to my hotel. Luckily, I walked to my hotel within 15 - 20 mins.

Centara Grand Hotel is the hotel right below the convention hall and above the Central World, the biggest mall in BKK. It has an intersting layout, take a look.

沖繩之旅一覽

This is the very first short film produced by me. It took me one whole day to complete this. Look forward to having another project soon, very likely the trip to Kenting.

Today, i heard some noise "ap ap...apap....ap..ap" from my living room. I looked around, and i confirmed these all came from my glass caninet. My duckling family is complaining about the dusty glass door. After wiping the door, we take a group picture.

Have you sent one of them to me? This is just a part of my duckling collection though.

我終於見到真的雞蛋花

It's been a good while I have not visited Lamma Island. I always think this is a transquill little place for my retirement. May be I will get a chance to sell my handicrafts on Lamma Island before my hands start trembling...
On National Day 2008, I made another visit to my beloved Lamma Island. We did not manage to do a long walk because we arrived there quite late, but I finally see one of my favourite flowers - 雞蛋花.
