Investment for the family
Dad in law had been collecting clean natural water from the mountains on a regular basis. Ah Lun said he did not have sore throat problem when he was drinking mountain water back then.
Ah Lun has been concerned about the quality of water we are drinking, therefore, we decided to buy a water ionizer.
It's expensive but we know its going to do good to our health as we can drink alkaline water to make our body in a balanced state.

Laisee or 賴屎
Today our cleaner has come, but I need to go out for work. Ah Lun was still sleeping by the time I leave home, so I am planning to leave him a few messages.
Our cleaner has always been nice to us, eg she brought me soup, chicken, etc in the past but refused to accept our money except her salary.
Therefore, we are planning to send her a big red packet on the last day of CNY. I tactfully put it into her hand bag this time as she tried to give back money to me many many times.
I update the above to Ah Lun via what's app. But when he woke up and read the message, he called me why Kailan poo-poo in Fong Jie's handbag?
I said what?????? Later I found out that he thought laisee as 賴屎！His brain is all about the shitty stuff.

TNSW gathering
Meeting my ex-colleagues at Apple Green for brunch. But I was so disappointed that their brunch menu has changed and waffles and pancakes are no longer served.
Anyway, the meeting matters more. Next time we will be meeting at Carol's new flat in Ho Man Tin.

Amazing dog
Kailan had always been an inspirational icon. She gave me so many ideas almost everyday.
Kailan chewed her toy on the sofa with two fully stretched legs, and I was not given a seat even I asked her. She continued chewing, ignoring my request.
She looked at me and the camera with great curiosity, and she may be thinking what's wrong with this master, go get another seat and leave me alone.
The moment I took picture with Kailan, I recalled the cd cover of naked Karen Mok.
I really need to thank Kailan for giving me joyful moments every day. We love u piggy so much!
The alarm clock post was another funny one. This was snapped on a morning on weekend. This hungry dog will run to our bedroom to lick us and wake the other one up. We cannot set our wanted time with this clock, because she will bark when she's feeling hungry.

Visiting Holly & Jasper
Finally we are visiting holly's son and the newly furnished home in Kornhill.

BFF CNY 2013 gathering (Feb 16)
A very brief meet-up with all the BFFs at Donna's place. We tested Donna's maid in photo taking. The big window at her place became the playground for the kids. Wang was awarded as the most capable daddy who successfully stopped Karena from crying. Karena is really big, her cheeks and legs ate so fleshy!! Last laisee were given to ah yea and Catherine.

Valentine's Day 2013
V-day is such an occasion giving everyone headache. Not good not good!
As we do not enjoy celebrating in a restaurant at extremely high price, we usually eat at home.
This year I ordered a real size big bird, and surprisingly ah Lun was working at the kitchen when the delivery man comes. I opened the door and unpacked the big bird and just put it outside the kitchen door to scare him.
In fact my original plan is Ah Lun will not be back yet when I got the balloon, so I can smuggle big bird into the bedroom and he will be scared when he opens the door. Meiling is good at improvising so there's no problem at all.
Knock-knock! The 5'2" big bird is so big that he stood up as tall as me. Big bird was looking at Ah Lun through the glass door. Luckily, Kailan did not chewed his leg or paws. Ah Lun's innocent smile is the best reward for this arrangement. I successfully turned the V-day into Halloween. Well done Meiling!
Ah Lun sent me the cheapest bouquet this year, but I just love it. We don't need any more flowers at our living room as we had massive amount of flowers for CNY. In addition, this veggie bouquet is edible and beautiful.
Oh by the way, I have turned our CNY garden into V-day themed corner. I also made Ah Lun's favourite Chinese dessert baked tapioca pudding.
It's a simple yet loving Valentine's Day.

I give 90 scores to this dessert, as the taste is really good. But the texture is quite funny and we guessed the oil and water are not mixed thoroughly.
Ah Lun sent me this cauliflower bouquet, and i just loved it. The colour, texture and shape are so perfect. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and creativity.

It's another relaxing day. After waking up at noon time, I am figuring out what to do. I had purchased all the ingredients of fridge cookies for a long time, so I had made up my mind to start baking these cookies.
It really took up a lot of my time today because the dough needs to rest at fridge to hold its shape. At one time, it requires cooling down in fridge for more than an hour!! So you could imagine how much time I had wasted!!
But it's really a fun project, and the ingredients stated in the book are so accurate. If nothing goes wrong, everyone could make the cookies. :)
Making cute edible stuff just made my day. Yay!

Relaxing day at home, and training Kailan in podium. Ah Lun succeeded in making those kind of Japanese egg with the pan I bought from taobao. I did try but failed. Good to know the pan is really working.

We went to have dim sum lunch as 開年飯with dad. We had a nice time playing with camera, because we wanted to send a group picture to mom and Carson in Guangzhou. We had been arguing the quality of lens in iPhone and Samsung phone. But I think iPhone wins in this round because our panorama function is great! Followed by dim sum lunch, we went to see movie "a good day to die hard". Nice crashes and nice car. Our dream car also appeared in the movie!

Mom is with Carson in Panyu Guangdong this week because she is visiting a doctor there to cure her ankle problem. Therefore, we went to visit lonely Dad. After that, we went to visit the temple in Sai Kung as usual with Dad in law. After that, we visited grandma in law for dinner.
We did not have a good day because Ah Lun had digestion problem after having the mega meal at Ruby Tuesday yesterday. He claimed that the food was too oily and he could not handle them this time. He always had a good appetite but not very food at handling greasy food. This time, I think his order was a bit over and he was so mad to have stomach problem at the best time of the year for food!!

We spent $500 this year for flowers. Actually the hydrangea I love is getting cheaper and cheaper every year, theywere selling at $128 only. I still remembered that we paid $298 a few years back.
We were attracted by some cute tulips from France! For the other bunch of yellow/orange flowers, I totally forgot their names. But they look so special and I had not seen them in the past. The CNY corner at my place is not the best ever, and we think the colour combination of yellow and pink does not match quite well this time.Or may be the lilac daisies are destroying the mood. But i still love the variation of heights in this corner.

這已經成為了我們的傳統，我們在新年前的最後一天一定會開車走到每個角落買貨過年。好彩昨天公司放下午，我們已經出動買年花，減輕了年廿九的負擔。
我們製作的特別版利是，心中已經有構思了。我們就要在年廿九買材料。先去jusco買玻璃樽，然後去ikea買蛇公仔，其間還買了大大小小的家品，最後我倆食了龍年最後一餐Ruby Tuesday。今次，阿倫真的很恐怖，吃得很多很多！我極力遊說他少order一些，他說吃剩的話可以帶走，我覺得很有道理所以沒有堅持下去。但最後他竟然完成了所有，還說無問題！
回家後就要幫臭蘭洗澡，咁我就開始勞作堂。大大話話真攪了幾小時，但我們非常享受這個無聊的玩意。問問阿倫寫什麼祝福語，他會很認真的想。所以呢d創作係由阿倫創作總監諗，我說是比較有意見的美術指導。今次我只弄了幾樽蛇新春開運蛇酒比想要的朋友，咁我就整得我咁辛苦了。

Happy Birthday Eleana
We celebrated Eleana's birthday last night at a restaurant in the north point wet market. It was another fun night out, as we had been criticizing the ex-colleagues in a brutal way......we ended the gathering with a duckie roll cake. It was ordered at Club Kitchen where we learned to make rilakkuma roll cake. It was loved by Eleana. Well done Kung Kung! It's also good to meet Fanny too.
