CNY 2014 - 年初一
The first thing in the morning is to take a look at my little garden and seeing the flowers under the great sunlight!! It's such a pretty day, awesome Chor 1.
A more healthier choice of CNY gift. The apple juice tastes good. Apart from this, we brought over the delicious awefully chocolate cookies. Lovely turnip cake by momReady to go to the next stop! Meeting dad in law at the temple in Sai Kung.We visit grandma in law for dinner to wrap up Chor 1. Wonderful and happy day!

2014 CNY - 年三十
Today I am off, so the plan is to visit the flower market as usual. The flowers are so expensive this year, leaving us not many choices. We bought three shades of peonies and some carnations, plus a few potted flowers.

I started drawing the beautiful greetings on the left. He added some more but obviously he is thinking about something fun...
He added a nice line for Kailan in the end.

In the last few hours of the day, I finish the laisee packing. It's so difficult this year becoz muji is not selling the red packets anymore. I also ordered sth from taobao but the order was not successful in the end. So this is what we can get this year. Hope everyone has a colourful Year of the Horse!

Eeyore's new outfit
We love black and white (eg. Kailan our dog), but we also love grey (eg. Eeyore).
I bought a grey tee sweater for Ah Lun on my weekend shopping trip, and this is how I presented the gift. This is how I found happiness even if I am alone.

Be more active...
My fuel level pumped up after I changed my morning routine. Instead of taking a minibus to Kwai Fong mini station, I walked in high speed to Tsing Yi station for work. The long road connecting Hong Kong station and central station helps me to achieve my target too! 
I reached my goal without doing exercise today.

New Year Holiday (Jan 4) - Tsing Yi Park Foliage
As we had too many things to do yesterday, so we did not make it to Tsing Yi Park after our Yuen Long tour. It was not a bad decision because the weather is much beautiful today.
The scene with people going picnic under the trees looks like Japan. But soon the LCSD people are sending people off. :(
The foliage in Tsing Yi Park is a brand new experience for me because we have not seen such scene in the past few years.
There were quite many people there on a sunny Saturday afternoon, but we still managed to take photos. In our last visit at Dai Tong a few years back, it was really difficult.
I found two perfect leaves in similar sizes, and therefore set this up.

Ah Lun is a very respectful person when it comes to creativity, and he did not take any picture of this set-up because I am the one who created this.
On the other hand, there are so many hopeless people trying to steal people's picture or copying other's angle.

Something crazy!
我們終於用了陳年聖安娜餅卡換了一打西餅。然後我們逛超市，阿倫忽發奇想，不斷問我敢唔敢搖個西餅盒。我第一次無理佢，第二次我都無應，第三次我忍唔住啦...啦....啦......
我搖.......
大家都在超級市場大笑！
從車場回家的路上，我已經feel到蛋糕的重量已經聚到一個角落上，哈！絲帶的十字已經不再在盒子的正中間了。
搖呀搖！阿倫真的很會玩，回家的路只要有他就不會悶。
回家後阿倫來個十級認真的搖，真的超大力，之後蛋糕就完完全全的散哂。
請注意，我們玩完之後食番晒，無浪費。來做些框框以外的東西，超好玩！
New Year Holiday (Jan 3) - Yuen Long 髻山
Today, we decided to go photo-taking at a nice place. 髻山 in Yuen Long is one of the top 20 beautiful places of taking picture of Hong Kong. Unfortunately the weather today was really bad, but we decided to go anyway.
From the top of 髻山 viewing over Tin Shui Wai. It's not sunset yet, but it looked like sunset.
This is the staircase on the left hand side of the road. I wish people have told us! We tried a few before seeing this one, but the other ones are just reaching some tombs.
The staircase is just opposite to this seating area. And we just parked at the far end of the road.
In the first place, we cannot find the staircases to reach to the top, but we found it in the end after a few trials.
Imagine how beautiful if the day is clear. Will come back for another shot of these paddies when the sky is blue.
It's not too difficult to reach 髻山, just a few flights of stairs away from the main road.
We went to one of the popular eateries in Yuen Long to have Taiwanese beef noodles. Quite lovely!
