天地會

阿倫還是幫我搓跌打酒。昨晚，他搓完跌打酒之後就捉住我隻痛腳 .......寫字。原來感覺超痕呀！
一會兒後，我已經被阿倫迫左入「天地會」！因為我的身體上已經有反清復明的口號 ....
我真的認為佢創意無限呀！

I always love retro stuff, but should i give up my little cute DULTON retro fan to get the new bladeless fan? I spent HK$680 10 years ago when i moved into Quarry Bay and it stayed with me since then. After so many summers, it started to rust these years, so i am tempted to buy the Dyson's fan.

It is really a tough decision! I definitely miss my old fan, but i also like the feature of the new fan being decomposed for storage. Life is always a dilemma.

Apple Pie Again

Apple Pie Recipe
It was published in Elle Magazine early this year. As I discovered it during my haircut, i actually took a very bad photo on the recipe. After making two successful apple pies, I decided to write it clearly and properly here so I do not need to refer to the blurred picture of that recipe anymore!!

Ingredients:
Green apples 350g / around 6
Sugar 60g
Flour 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/8 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tablespoon
Egg x 1

Method:
- Mix the peeled green apples with sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon powder.
- Use Betty Crocker's pie crust mix. Mix with 1/3 cold water.
- Roll the pie crust to fit into the pie pan. (I normally make 2 small pies)
- preheat oven to 220C.
- put egg on top of the crust and sprinkle with sugar.
- bake for 30-40 mins

It's so yummy when this is served hot. Even Kailan want to queue up for a bite!

Easter 2011 - Day 4 (April 25)

由於天氣好，我自告奮勇的提議行山。阿倫於是帶了我去青衣的三枝香。他跟jeffrey已經去過影夜景了，聽說很難行，但我絕對估計不到是這樣的難行。

樓梯很斜，行第一步已經腳軟！

第五步就瓜柴！

幾經辛苦見到少少景，阿倫說這是二十份之一的路程，頂！

佢仲有心情扮野！我就一路後悔為什麼不提議去movie!

終於我們來到了三枝香的第一個山嶺，如果要影橋的話，就要行多兩個山頭。雖然阿倫話我係coward, 我都要話到此為止。因為我真是頂唔順！

正常我地絕對絕對不會拍這般Chok的相，但前天去了南生圍，momo跟阿爺拍了一張漢奸李香蘭的背影相，於是我地又玩了一會兒！

Look! 阿倫又再入戲！

回程了！腳仔很軟！

Easter 2011 - Day 3 (April 24)

In order to fit our clothes into the new cabinet, we have decided to throw away the old clothes, bags, shoes,etc. Normally, Ah Lun does not want to throw away things, but this time, he realized of the precious value of space. As he does not clear his wardrobe on a regular basis, he collected three full bags of unwanted apparel. It was a tiring day, but a productive day!! I enjoy living in my organized home.
They will all go to the clothes recycling collection spot in our residential complex.

It was a super fun day trip for Ah Yea (& Momo Bear), Anton, me and Ah Lun.

The weather was not great in the beginning, so we turned the photography tour into a food safari.

Easter 2011 - Day 1 (April 22)

Finally our tailor-made wardrobe has arrived.

It took me one month to wait for this mega cabinet.

Even though it was not a pleasant process to communicate with the shop, but we are happy with the cabinet, because this will make my bedroom more organized.

After some cleaning, we still need to wait the smell of the paint to go away before we put our clothes in the new wardrobe.
