Hayden's 100th Day

Megan came after the midday nap. We came here at 3pm and the magic show started not long after our arrival. 

Megan is too young to be involved but she's watching. 

She's standing quite well now. She made two steps at home today by the way

Amazing! Ball ball has successfully attracted Megan to sit on her lap. The trick is Thomas The Train straw cup?!?!

Selfie time! Ton the baby sitter is working. 

Megan started to relax a bit at the sofa. 

After that, she wanted to explore the venue but she gets frustrated as she cannot walk. Had to calm her with food. It's a success all the time for big eater Megan. 

Happy birthday Hayden! Ah Lun almost forgot how to hold a newborn while I did not have a chance to do so. 

Something new in the house

I have been searching for alphabet poster since she's born. I finally ordered this from esty...why the search took so long? The alphabet posters are either too abstract but beautiful which means no good for Megan, or they are too ugly or colourful to become an eye sore. 

Finally get a very simple one. It's soooo simple that I think I can make one in the future. Most probably I should not spend money on these simple thing. Just learnt something here. 

There are four new wooden photos sticking onto the cabinet. I printed out a few family shots and Megan's shots when she's so young. They are wooden postcards with a magnet on the back. Great product. 

Teasing Kailan with food

Megan finds it funny to share food with Kailan. 

Kailan is so interested every time no matter if she is successful. 

Megan also develops a game with Kailan and us, she will try to feed us, but she will withdraw the food when it reaches out lips. She will end with a cunning smile. 

It's an entertaining game for her right now. 

Enjoyed the first few bites by herself. Kailan was standing by. 

Had a wordless communication...

How about a kiss first? 

Megan wanted to share and keep entertaining herself during the snack time. In the end, Kailan just failed and get back to her morning nap. 

First visit to my event

Our team is running a booth at Windsor House from Sep 11-13 for our client. Massive work before hand. Finally the design is coming to reality. 

We have Tony to be one of our guests

Annie Liu is another guest. She wears a very sweet smile. 

Racer Charles Ng is another guest. He is a real heartthrob. Ah Lun, don't get mad it's just a game! 

We tailor made some race jackets and helmets for the photo booth. TonTon came with a pair of sunglasses!! Looks like a pro. 

Megan's first time visiting me during work. Thanks Ah Lun and Tin Tin for taking her a long way to CWB.

Happy client! Great team work! 

We all have sore legs as we have to stand for 8 hours per day. I took two hot baths to relieve my leg muscles, but we are going to have a foot massage celebration. 

Food sharing

Kailan is gaining weight because Megan loves sharing food with her everyday. Friendship is built on yummy food, Kailan agrees. 

From bread to broccoli, biscuit to cereal, Kailan never get enough food for her appetit. 

This time, she's not too impressed as the candies are fully wrapped. 

Spa-holiday

This is my first week-long holiday after I get back to work. With all the stress and long working hours, I have been extremely tired. Today, I am doing mani, pedi and a massage as a treat for myself. 

I picked Bliss Spa at W hotel. 

Waiting room - they do offer some nice finger food.

I am going to try their facial next! The triple oxygen treatment sounds nice. 

Milestone // Megan's first swim

Finally we are set to take our first swim. Thanks to Cat's recommendation, I have ordered the swimsuit from Next. 

Polka dot design is loved by mom and good on her. 

Ah Lun was heartbroken lately as Megan suddenly is not attached to him. He did not do anything, but she started crying or complaining when she is held by him. 

After getting some warm-up, she's enjoying it.

有版有眼

In the end, Megan started to get annoyed and we decided to leave the water. Being a mom, I know her too well, she's hungry after all the exercises. Luckily I brought along a fruit smoothie in my bag. So we have successfully calmed her again without making a big fuss. 

Welcome autumn!

Finally my favorite season has come, the cool breeze is a kind reminder of our last autumn when Megan was born. Ah Lun felt the same breeze while he's coming back and forth the hospital last year. It's such a good memory of our family! 

Everyone in the house including Kailan loves the breeze, she just sniff the air by the window.

Sunday Sep 6

Breakfast time for Megan, but it's Kailan's second breakfast. 

I know, it's all about eating. 

I like the fact that she can be tamed by food. She's only grumpy if food is not around. 

Ah Lun enjoys feeding her at the restaurant. That does not mean I have nothing to do, I have to offer tissue and drinks and toys!

We went to Berlini German Restaurant this Sunday. The choice of restaurant is soley on the availability of baby seat.

Ah Lun's Dessert

He went to the gym once or twice a week but the amount of exercises he does will scare most people. 

When it comes to food, he eats anything in bulk quantity. This is his late night dessert at 10:30pm. 

The bank note is for size comparison purposes. Literally it's bigger than his bowl of rice tonight. 

Sep 3 - first hair cut in the salon

We had our family day again after Ah Lun is back after lunch. Megan had her first haircut in the salon. She was performing well in the beginning but suddenly she cried when the hair dresser started to trim her fringe.

She kept looking at the hair dresser when her hair was cut.... haha. Cutting hair became so difficult

Megan is so well behaved and she just needs food to be entertained. No crying and just wants food and drinks of all kinds.

Still had a lot of energy to kill after we were back home!!

We put her to sleep at 7pm, 20mins earlier as she's a bit overtired.
