開心到跳起!!

由於香港隊不斷進級, 我們坐坐又企企, 返到家覺得好攰呀!

Being an ex-Octagonian, this is our natural instinct to support the Rugby Sevens. In the past, a travel fair in Guangzhou always clashed with the date of Rugby Sevens. I could not come most of the years. With the establishment of new DTCM office in Guangzhou, i no longer need to travel during this extravagenza.

The fun has been doubled this year. Free entry & free meals & endless joy and jokes...... This is a great ending to a tiring and stressful week.

Holy Trinity College

Ah Yea suggsted to visit HTC again today. We had a short tour of the camapus on a Saturday afternoon. We revisited the places we frequently stayed such as the art room and the geography room. The campus had been expanded a lot, and there are so many new rooms. The students nowadays are so fortunate. This is where we cooked rice in Form 7
I spent a lot of time in this Art Room when i was young. I sat in the same seat again after so many years, and the table was still the same. Ah Yea just sat on the second table facing me. The best and almost-the-worst art students are actually sitting very close together. and why she had not become THE WORST art student, because we had some group projects together. wakakaka.

It's too bad that the geograhy room is locked, we cannot refresh our memories there. But, we managed to see the donation plate with our friends' names on it. Holly and Shirley Fung are so generous.

Flower Arrangement

HO HO HO!

I got some really expensive flowers from our client event on Thursday night.

I love ALL kinds of flowers, but especially Hydrangea and Peony. And i got both of them after the event finishes. Irene, Nikki and I had a great time stealing these flowers from the flower baskets at W Hotel at 11pm. We call ourselves 採花賊

I guess if i get them all at Mongkok Flower Market, the estimated cost will be more than HK300.

Remember this day - Mar 25, 2010 (Thursday)

Yesterday, March 25 2010, was a day to be remembered.

We arranged a de-sex operation for little Kailan; I worked from morning till late night for a client event; I received the bonus from Boss; i met a weird taxi driver and almost get lost in the shipyards in Tsing Yi. All my emotions have stirred up in just 24 hours, that's amazing! But what concerned me most is Kailan's recoevry after the operation.

When i got back home, Kailan was not moving at all, not an inch. She did not eat or drink, and we tried to dipped some water on her lips to keep her hydrated. I could feel her pain from her face, and i felt so guilty on one hand while i knew this is good for her in the long run.

Luckily, this day has passed. Every day is a new day. When i visited Kailan this morning 26 March, she could stand up to greet me. Hurray!!!!!

Her wound must not hurt her anymore. I gave Kailan a special permission to enter into our bedroom and wake Ah Lun up. I can see the joy on Ah Lun's face immediately. He had never been waken up so quickly!! But healthy Kailan can really melt his heart away. Very sweet and touching!

Kailan is so active today, and she keeps jumping.

When i am back home, Kailan also pulled out all the cotton from her own little pillow. the cotton was all over the place. I did not complain when i cleaned the kitchen because i knew Ms Kailan is back into shape. Yay!

芥蘭好識搵地方坐, 在家中經常坐在我溫暖的腳上. 我無諗過出到街都係這樣, 理所當然的就坐在我的腳掌上, 我們打趣說...當時我可以踢佢上太空, 上到天空都唔知發生咩事!

Flower Arrangement (Week 2)

Most of the flowers still survive in the 2nd week. I had my yellow daisies in a large vast last week. With 4-5 flowers dead now, i had grouped them into a smaller vast, and the result is very impressive. I do hope they last for a few more days. If they last for 10 days, the flowers just cost me only HK$7 per day and i think this is a pretty good deal.

Colour for Spring!!

The new OPI Hong Kong Collection is so unique, I like the not-so-common orange/green/blue colours very much. I also appreciate the paper stand in the shape of a sampan!! What an awesome presentation. I have the pastel orange nail colour this week to welcome Spring!!

Naughty Kailan

when i walked the dog today, Kailan kept attacking all the dogs inlcuding the big ones. i think it's time for her to get another training again.
She felt guilty when she arrived home, and she just went back to her cage on her own. it seems that she knew she had done something wrong!

Springtime!

Got the whole bunch of flowers from Tsing Yi Wet Market at HKD70. It could possibly more expensive here compared with the Flower Market in Mongkok, but i have saved my time and travelling costs.

I like the yellow and green combinations! They are so refreshing!

Raw products from the Florist

Good Design!

I always enjoy shopping for small gadgets or something with creative or funky design. Therefore, I have spent a lot in my twenties. I think i have a bigger control over my spending on these items nowadays, but i still enjoy the discovery process.

I found out the SUCK UK website from the magazine today, and i really appreciate the designer's creativity in designing the rubbish sacks! I really want to support the design by purchasing the product, but after knowing that the bags will be filled with Kailan's poo poo, the bags will never look cute anymore.

Ups and Downs on Saturday

I was waken up by a client call in the early morning on Saturday. There was a crisis to be handled immediately. Even though it was a sunny day, i was forced to work at home having conference call and news monitoring.
But close to the end of the day, i was thrilled to know that i have won an ART JAM for 2 from ArtJAMaLAMa at Harbour City. It's a contest running at the fan page.
After all, you do not know what has been arranged for you every day, and everyday is a surprise gift and you will not know what's inside until you unwrap it.
My original plan was cancelled, and i tried to put a beautiful full stop to a Saturday by having a BIG meal. To our surprise, we were assigned to the only private room and it's like a big play room for two of us.
I am blessed my day was not too bad as i thought. and i was accompanied by Kailan for most of the time, so we had a great family day at home though Uncle Sun is waving his hands to me.

Joanne's back

hahahahahh.....we had another fun gathering tonight @ 寧波同鄉會in Central
We talked about everything...including our Korea trip in 2011. We will be visiting Dong's family-run kindergarten in a small town in Korea. According to Joanne's description, the town his family is staying is very small and quiet. we the city girls must find it very interesting!!! We have already planned our roles during our visit there:

Cat, the animal communicator, will ask the stray cats to leave the campus before school starts

Connie, will drive the school bus

Ball Ball will take the tempertaure of the little kids at the school entrance

I will be teaching kids to draw

Joyce Ip will be teaching them play badminton

Ah Yea will be teqaching accounts or contemporary art

Donna will be cooking meals for the kids.

The most funny lecture will be from Anton...because she is teaching the kids how to survive in emergency situation. We are planning to do live demonstration to show the suvival techniques. Anton may need to risk her life there!

Oh my god, we were laughing non-stop about Anton's skill sharing lecture.
