Similar to Rimowa, Le Creuset....., Moleskine is another recognized brand in its product category. Moleskine notebooks were used by many many artists and thinkers in the past two centuries, such as Vincent van Gogh and Picasso. Owning a Moleskine notebook sounds like connecting to the artists and thinkers in the old days, and it is simply charming when you think about it!

Moleskine has launched a new series of notebooks, and i have found the videos today. Should I take a travel journal note book for my trip to Italy?? I really enjoy watching the creative video editing.

Dim Sum Lunch with Irena

Irena is in town in between her 2-week business trips, I am taking her to have a dim sum lunch.

Lei Garden at Elements was fully booked, so i am taking her and her colleague to Cuisine Cuisine @ The Mira. It is one of the 2-star restaurants in the 2010 Michelin Guide which was also widely received by the open rice community. The restaurant has an outstanding 3.9 scores atwww.openrice.com.

Anyway, service was great! I have high hope on the food before i go, and the food is just good to have met my expectation, but they are not kind of food that give you a wow effect...

Following the delicious dim sum lunch on a rainy Sunday, we went to a local dessert shop nearby to make a full stop.

My order did not come even after 3 of them have finished theirs!! I have to cancel my order in the end. :(

Everything was on Tse's account except the doctor's bill following the dessert shop visit. There we met a very strange-looking doctor.

Momo Club International Gathering

It's the first large scale meeting with the second generation of HTC's. The party was held at the club house of Joanna Ma's apartment in Hang Hou. It was a chaotic situation and the babies at different ages were not attracted to each other.
5 babies were asked to sit in a line. And this was a historic moment!!
From right to left:
- Thinker Ho Wai who had a new haircut.
- XYZ who is 9 months old
- ZacZac from Australia has just passed one a few days ago.
- QQ had not stopped eating today
- Perlie is the biggest infant who is 18 months old.

Caramel Egg Pudding

It's been a while i have not made the caramel egg pudding, another favourite dessert of Tse's family. To make all the dish washing tasks more worthwhile, I have decided to make a bigger portion. i am multiplying the recipe by 4. As a result, i have made a full pot of egg pudding sauce and ending up with......8 small cups, 2 medium bowls, and 2 big pans of caramel egg pudding. By when will we finish them all? The next question is ... does my fridge have enough space to store them??

• Vanilla Essence
• Caramel Sauce - a great alternative to save time and effort. :)

心臟移植大手術

時鐘是在octagon時候出trip到台北的生活工場買的，買的時候kitty choi都在場。她就買了水鞋給她的兩位小公主，這個情景我還是歷歷在目。

畢竟，200元的時鐘已用了10年了，它最近常常生病，我完全理解。即使我們經常換電，它的病情好像沒有好轉過。

昨晚，它又發作了，時間足足遲了10分鐘。

我們入伙的時候就是買了一個大鐘做back up, 於是我以為這個生活工場時鐘要離我而去的時候，handy man 把它重生了。

經過10分鐘後，我問阿倫是否做了心臟搭橋手術? 他說不只這麼簡單！正確來說是心臟移植大手術。手術過程順利，家屬無須擔心...

於是，我們就掉了一個全新的大鐘，救活了懷舊的黃色小鐘。若是我真的喜歡，就會一直喜愛下去。

Feeling embarrassed for having such a big appetite! 3 dishes, 1 big soup, 3 bowls of rice all go down to his stomach.

唔專心

昨天，阿倫繼續為我的第四隻腳指搓藥酒。已經是第三天了，為什麼還是咁痛？
佢就一邊看電視，一邊搓；我就一邊叫，一邊縮在cushion的後面，無眼睇。
未幾，他開始搓我的第三隻腳指，過了幾分鐘，我完全覺得唔痛，於是，我眼泛淚光的問，我的瘀血是否已經流去第三隻腳指嗎？
阿倫馬上偷笑，說：「無事！」
原來佢掛住睇電視，搓差了我的腳指。
我本來痛到死，變成笑到肚痛。

比一支我啦！

阿倫的Nikon攝影裝備已經可以說是very good。他最近也買了金圈的第三枝鏡頭，組成了所謂的"大三元"。佢”聲稱”暫時沒有什麼可以買，因為再靚的鏡頭係4-5萬元，所以未會買住。
星期一，我陪他去買鏡頭。我們一向的行程是先去青衣城豐澤問價，然後再去中原買，因為中原永遠都平少少。

阿倫：請問70-200/2.8 幾多錢?
豐澤：HK$17,000 [唔想做我地生意feel]
Meiling：唔該

阿倫：請問70-200/2.8 幾多錢?
中原：HK$16,500
Meiling：(好醒地插咀) 咁，比一支我啦。

我講完之後，我地又笑作一團。因為，我講到好似買支豉油一樣。
老實說，我地其實真的買唔起多一支嫁！
阿倫話這種鏡頭，每間shop只有一支，想要多一支都無喎。

芥蘭向佛，法號「蘭蘭大師」

由於昨晚我們帶了芥蘭落街認識了一些狗朋友，今早我覺得芥蘭乖左，定左。

於是，我們中午通電話的時間，我跟阿倫討論芥蘭的情況。

 

Meiling：今早我覺得芥蘭乖左。沒有以前咁樣狂跳。

阿倫：係唔係平和左。不如我們比佛經佢聽啦，在廚房狂播。(註：阿倫真唱佛經2分鐘)

Meiling：好，我們使唔使種一棵菩提樹在芥蘭的狗籠上。

阿倫：之後，芥蘭會同我們講，想剃頭，做尼姑。

Meiling：我們快做件灰色的長袍給她吧！

 

這是我們通電話的一般開場白。

其實最後一句，先至係重點。

Free Walker

在我們旁邊吃飯的人突然說了一聲 "賣dum" [應該是指埋單]

我倆不禁交換了一下眼神，大概已經知道對方想什麼。

但阿倫又驚我笨，唔明，於是，他作了一個代號讓我知道，鬼祟地說了一聲：「他們是Free Walker」。

313家居意外

於浴缸發生的意外，沒有想像有這般瘀。阿倫搓跌打酒時，痛得很，我含淚咬著毛巾。大家有沒有經歷過撞痛腳指尾，其實腳指真是很脆弱的！
希望日本人的心情跟我的腳指一樣，一天一天好起來。

3月12日- 自組刻章工作坊

星期六龔氏姊姊花特地來我家玩！

fanny 姐姐教我刻章，而jennifer 姐姐則來我家傾電話，what's app，按腳及玩狗，好不忙碌。

芥蘭見到有咁多人，開心到傻左，癲的程度令我們懷疑佢患上精神病...

其間，Jennifer一直為芥蘭拍寫真，而這張可媲美周秀娜的pose. 回望及交叉腳最令人流鼻血...

Fanny與芥蘭特別的溝通方式 - 做動作！不過，芥蘭一點都唔明。

今天完成的章，是我創作的第3 個。

Fanny姐姐建議我多多練習圓形及有curve的圖案，於是我在她們離去後又做了幾個，眼睛又很累了！是警告我是時候休息了。

3月11日請假一天

為的就是一年一度的花展。

今天雖然是星期五，但人潮仍然多得很！

以前試過星期六去，人多到根本影唔到，於是今年要請假去！

今年有幸與阿倫及momo同行，由於momo好多咀，我們沒有與其他龍友結怨而平安離開花展是非常好彩的事！

其實，以前的我應該已經買左。不過，我又覺得這個產品的用處未免太過無謂，就是......盛著湯匙。

若是我真的再遇它，我還不知道我是否會買下它，因為這貓貓的造型太可愛了。

Donna is so nice to share with me the sales promotion of Le Creuset.

Le Creuset is as classic as Rimowa, so i have to keep a piece or two at home.

Donna created the treasure hunt game for me at the sales market (Habour City Bazzar) and had hidden the black oval pot for me some where near the trolley basket. Unfortunately, i could not find it tonight after work!!!

In the end, I bought the blue one at HK$980. I admit that i made a wrong choice, now i would like to have a black one at HK$1150 because i only found out that the blue one i bought is not the classic pot!! >.<>

The paper bag is specially designed for carrying heavy goods. I carried the paper bag for a long journey, but it make me feel it's very reliable.

ah yea 話這兩個用來看門口，除了大時大節拎出來用之外，還在吵架後大派用場。

I have told Ah Lun that Steve Jobs is a great presenter tonight, and that's make him a charismatic CEO and icon in the world. He does not agree 100% so i am trying to do some researches tonight. The video clearly shows his skill in an orderly manner, and we should all learn from him.
I will remember the points when i am preparing my next presentation on March 17.

Momo and I went to see this movie last Saturday. We did not know it's such a horrible film. Using Sister's special technique in making a formula here, we would say "ballet = horrible". It's like a ghost movie, but it was really intense and you were not aware that time flies in 2 hours.

In the below interview, it's astonishing to know that the film idea started in 8 years ago.


Lastly, just knew from Donna that there is a new poster in Hong Kong. Funny!

可惜！

今天我email了Irena道謝，感謝她車我到台中近郊的彩虹村拍照。老實說，它已經成為了台中的景點，可能因為台中真的沒有什麼好玩的地方。我們去的時候是星期天的下午，遊人把彩虹村擠得水洩不通。我想這些遊客也為住客帶來一些不便。

想不到，Irena今天告訴我彩虹村被其中一位住客破壞了，很心痛啊！
