Dog Training by Ringo Chan

今天我終於上了第一課的犬隻訓練，從Ringo身上學會了一些技巧，令芥蘭小狗不再搶繩，效果很快就見到了，實在讓我嘖嘖稱奇。原來芥蘭是一隻很固執的狗， 經常要做領袖 (**由於她知道自己的能力很強)，我們從此以後對芥蘭都要展現領導者的地位，讓她知道誰是主人。由於她的樣子可愛，很多時候我們也過份溺愛她，以後她做錯事的時候，我們不用責罰她，原來對她冷冷淡淡就是最好的方法。至於大小二便的問題，希望不銹鋼的狗廁所會有用吧。明天下午就到貨，期望芥蘭很快就會學懂，好像下面的聖班納犬一樣。

A few snaps of my new flat

After all the hard work in the last three months, we are finally settling in our new nest to welcome the Year of the Tiger. I had been working ver hard to clean the space, because the dust from the home furnishing project go everywhere. Many many thanks to Ah Lun for his contributions in the new flat too, because there were countless jobs that i cannot do it by myself.

年三十行花市

花墟已經成為我們每年必去的地方, 今年的盆種繡球花沒有去年的靚, 所以我們買了橙色的天堂鳥. 3包共75元, 是繡球花的三份一呀!!! 另外, 風信子售65元. 好香的啊~~

Eleana's 29th Birthday

Eleana decided to celebrate her birthday with Fei Ball and Reagan. Two lovely angels always gave us a good laugh. I did not take a lot of photos tonight, but these are some of the great moments.

The highlights of tonight gathering was Ah Ping put Fei Ball on top of the cabinet, ie 7 feet above ground level. He was so happy with the feeling of free fall.

Reagan has also put the dog balloon onto the toddler trolley, and make the dog sleep!!!! The little kids have endless creativity!

CNY Red Packet

I always think that the lai see envelop design on the market are too glossy, too over the top, too gold, and too red. I always wanted to make one CNY lai see envelop design every year. I could not make it last year.....because i was too lazy. But i made one simple and minimalist version tonight for the Year of Tiger, and i hope i will have a very strong will power to make another one next year because i do not want it to be the last design i make.

Non-stop Packing!

The Racing Night project has finally concluded on 27 Jan with 137 attendants. Many colleagues and guests enjoyed the night and won some lucky money at the races. One of our colleagues ALMOST won HKD200,000 (Only if Horse No 8 won the second place), haha. He looked terribly depressed about the miss!
Though i took two days off after the Racing Night hoping to move my belongings to the new flat during the long weekend, i still need to work on another new business proposal while i am on leave. Things always tend to crash in one time, we unfortunately have to live with it.
I was working in my old place in the morning. The powerpoint was completed with some interesting background music including Kailan barking and the packing noise (especially the noise coming out from the adhesive tapes!)
I started packing from 1.30pm until mid-night, the old flat is sooooooo messy now and you just want to stay outside!!!

These boxes are packed by Mr Tse without my help.
I personally got 2 large bags and 2 small bags of clothing, plus one bag of shoes + bags. We are wondering if we have got enough storage space in the new flat...We found so many "evidence of some happy memories" like our old photos and hand written notes. Unfortunately, we have to get rid of some of them. Like this handicraft made by Mr Tse 8 years ago.

周星馳的愛心「那咋」麵

周星馳的愛心「那咋」麵用的豬紅是兩隻熱戀中的豬情人的血，而我今晚吃不到熱戀豬紅，只吃到了阿倫為我十時下班回來煮的公仔麵加蛋，但已經覺得好好好溫暖。
由早上8時多工作至晚上9點幾，上厠所也忘記了，回到家裡有家人及芥菜蘭的關心，眼淚就湧上了眼眶。眼淚除了是感激，還有內疚，因為一家之主淪落為一家之煮。

Tailor-made Curtain

I used to hear people saying tailor-made curtains are expensive, but i do not realize they are that expensive. No wonder people rush to the mainland to make curtains.

We decided to have 3 curtains tailor-made (Living Room + Bedroom) in Hong Kong. In the shopping process, i found that it is so difficult to get some no-frills curtain fabric. It is amazing to know that people do buy some weird curtain designs. The sales got me the plain colour sample catalogue from the bottom of her cabinet, it looks like no one except me has interests on the plain colour canvas style fabric.

By the way, my windows in my bedroom are actually facing the morning sun. We look so forward to having a room that allow us to sleep around the clock without noticing the time outside. And I am not required to wear eye shield any more.

I hope the money are well spent. :) Let's keep our fingers crossed.
