Impressionists Ah Lun & Scarlett

Today, my ex-colleagues had arranged an artjamming session as my belated birthday celebration. This was held at artjamming's new shop (1/F of LCX Causeway Bay). I am so outdated now, and only found out there's a LCX in Causeway Bay until today. Sigh...I can feel that i am turning old! I used to be a shopping expert in the old days!

Ah Lun decided to join the art jam very last minute. He went there unprepared, but i really like his drawing which is a masterpiece of impressionism!

Dung Dung Dung Done .....he decided to draw the black patches of Kailan's body.

My friend's little daughter Scarlett had also come for the drawing session. With her creative mind at 4.5 years old, she drew a number of unrelated subjects on the canvas. Really Amazing.

From the top (clockwise): Black clouds, green birds, apple tree, grass, giraffe, bunnies (we dunno why they turned red), oranges x 4 (very strange shapes), rainbow (colours all gone wrong, and missing a few more colours).

Meiling was not in a mood for drawing today, and the drawing will be sent as a gift for my friend's daughter, Anya. The inspiration came from the love and protection between daughter and mother. I hope the little girl loves the pastel colour of the drawing. By the way, it's a raining scene if you cannot see the raindrops clearly in the picture.

I still remember how Kailan reacted when i picker her up from the Posh Paws Resort after an 8-day separation.

西瓜

在土耳其早午晚三餐都見到西瓜, 雖然好甜, 但是我們還是吃不消了. 大概在第四天的時候, 我們開始對西瓜厭倦...
沒想到我們回來不夠一星期, 我們又買西瓜吃. 捧住西瓜回家, 又想起了西瓜的笑話. 我的朋友真棒啊!
話說我們去打邊爐, Donna & Momo 說久久放了牛丸還未見它們上來, 然後有人提議試下放一個西瓜入爐搵牛丸, 跟著所有人都笑了!
我想西瓜先生都好無奈, 因為他將會比個邊爐頂住, 救唔到牛丸...

The Sketchbook Project 2011

I have purchased the sketchbook from the organizer at 1:15am on August 21.
I will be required to send them back the sketchbook by the deadline, and my submission will go on the tour in the US in 2011. I think this is a fun project, and it makes me feel good to be connected to the art world again.

Both Kermit and Meiling love Sydney

My friend Angela shared this funny website with me, and i am loving it because i am also a fan of Kermit-the-frog. I have seen the humourous side of Kermit when I was still in high school. One day, i fall in love with Kermit since I had found a tee with Kermit imitating CK's signature black and white underwear poster. After this, I think this frog has a lovely character!
I have some kermit products at home, but not too many unfortunately. It's really difficult to collect them in Hong Kong. Though i don't have a lot of Kermit's products, i am still a loyal fan to him. Join me to love Kermit, and follow his footsteps closely at http://kermit-on-tour.com/
