Rubber Stamp

It's a relaxing day staying at home. So I just decided to make a rubber stamp of Kailan. It took me an hour to finish. It's an artwork which needs high level of concentration. I even did not bother to say good bye to Ah Lun as he is leaving home for work. I tried to show the art work to Kailan and she started to cry. It's hard for her to believe she is not the only dog in the house. Single child always get spoiled!!!

Inspiration for everyone

一根釘子
有一個小男孩，脾氣很壞，喜歡罵人、
說髒話、講狠話，已經成了生活習慣。
有一天，他爸爸給了他一袋釘子，
要求他說：「你每次想發脾氣開口罵人的時候，
就把一根釘子釘到籬笆上去。」

第一天，這位暴躁的男孩總共釘上了95根釘子。
第二天，這位暴躁的男孩總共釘上了80根釘子。
第三天，這位暴躁的男孩總共釘上了63根釘子。
第四天，這位暴躁的男孩總共釘上了42根釘子。
第五天，這位暴躁的男孩總共釘上了20根釘子。
第六天，這位暴躁的男孩總共釘上了31根釘子。
第七天，這位暴躁的男孩總共釘上了18根釘子。
第八天，………

慢慢地每天釘上去的數量愈來愈少了。

後來，他已經能夠控制自已不發脾氣了，
可以不必再釘釘子了。
於是他把那袋剩下的釘子拿去還給爸爸。

他爸爸反過來要求他：
「從現在開始，每次當你能夠自我控制住，
把罵人的話吞回肚子去的時候，
就可以把一根釘子從籬笆上拔出來。」

幾天過去，
小男孩告訴爸爸，所有的釘子都拔出來了。
於是爸爸牽著兒子的手一起去看籬笆。
爸爸說：「兒子，你做得很好！
顯然你已經能控制自己的脾氣了。
可是你看看這些籬笆上的洞，千瘡百孔，
籬笆已經不是原來的樣子了。」

「你要知道，只要你一發脾氣，就傷了人。
不管事後怎麼彌補，都還是會留下疤痕的，
看哪！就像這籬笆現在的樣子。
當你對人發脾氣，不管事後說多少次對不起，
疤痕都還是會在那裡。
苦毒、咒罵、忌妒的言語，
就像磨利的刀、比準的箭，一旦發出，非常傷人。
即使事後澄清是「說者無心」，但傷害已經造成。
所以下次，當想說一些會讓自己後悔的話時，
記住！控制脾氣。 」

人與人之間常常因為一些彼此無法釋懷的堅持，
而造成永遠的傷害。

Cutie BBQ Pit

Just found this flower BBQ pit in the country park. That's kind of cute to do BBQ on a flower. Hope we can come back for BBQ in winter time.

現在寫著寫著，我還在笑，因為這個回答帶來的想像空間太大了。

The Rainbow Connection

I finally saw the rainbow...but it showed up in my hotel room in Bangkok. :)

When i sent through the picture to Ah Lun, he just sent me to sleep with this video.

I really love kermit and this is a song about hope.

Someday we'll find it, the rainbow connection.

Coran Boutique Spa, Bangkok

The spa is running a 50%off discount for all treatments booked online. The spa was quite full on Saturday, so I have only got a 2-hour treatment.

I go for a aromatherapy massage plus a facial. The treatment was nice but I just don't like the size of the room. It's relatively small and it makes me feel that I am still in Hong Kong.

I cannot complain more because it's only HKD400 for both massage and facial. I cannot get a facial with this price in HK!

The spa is a bit old, and it looks different from the photos in the website. In the online gallery, everything is so white and new. But the fact is the wood gets damaged if its exposed to the sun for a long time.

Anyway, it's a fun and relaxing experience as I have not tried this type of spa centre.

The shop front is quite pretty though. I love the simple design they have adopted. Before I leave, two cats just having a nap there. It is Saturday, right?

Miss you...

Rainbow

It worths recording the day as 8 people in my FB and Instagram network saw the rainbow. I cannot tell how much I felt being left out as I have missed such a beautiful rainbow today!! I am writing the blog in the car on the way home, just hoping I will see it in Kwun Tong. I just got blue sky now!! I am not satisfied today :(((
