He is my inspirational icon now! He just get back into his shape 12 years ago in two months. Amazing! Hope I have a similar transformation photo soon.

HK economy is not that bad, all the buffet restaurants I wanted to book are all full tonight. I finally got the last table at Cafe Kool in Kowloon Shangrila.
Had too much food tonight, luckily I had done some workout this lunch.

My first pair of Trippen
Trippen shoes are just living art pieces. Their designs are so creative but at the same time they are made with good quality leather. 
I still have not yet bought myself any birthday present so far. So when I went shopping last weekend, I instantly fall in love with this pair of leather artwork and choose them as my birthday present.
They are expensive, but I know I will wear them for a long time because they are not only cute yet cool but also very comfortable!

Why my husband look so gay?
He also agrees that he looks gay with his muscles popping up. But how come some people looks more "straight" even though they have muscles.
Just lol because he remains gay no matter how he changes the top! We cannot go out now until he dressed like a straight man.

Yeah! Finished another thinner book about our trip in Phuket. This project is good for me because i love photography and graphic design.
Passion in food
Kailan has a passion in food, and she is interested in all the food we eat. I just gave the last spoon of yogurt to her.
See she was so eager to eat, and stand up to lick the spoon.
