Haha, the banana is so green that the smoothie tastes a little bit funny. 

Sunday breakfast

Finally making a nice breakfast to kick start my Sunday. As usual, Kailan was not satisfied with her boring breakfast and wanted to clear mine. 

Cooking battle with Ah Lun

It's time for a heavy battle or healthy metal again with my best friend. Haha! 

I made green curry and he made Tom yum gong soup. It's difficult to say who's the winner because we both think we are good. Kailan cannot be the judge too though she really wants to. 

Bridal Shower for Ah Yea (Oct 1, 2013)

Finally this day had come, and we decided to throw Ah Yea a duck-themed bridal shower party.
The mascots, pj, and masks we have got from Taobao are so ugly, and we love the way it's ugly. The materials were so bulky, so i got Ah Lun's help to drive me and donna and the big box of costumes.
The party took place at a cooking studio called Cookology in Sheung Wan. We hired the place at HKD3,900 for exclusive use lasting for 5 hours.
Ah Yea arrived on her own with our instructions at 2ish pm. She got a very warm welcome dance from some clumsy Donald Ducks. I am amazed how we developed the dance so quickly without Joanne's help.
The feast was well planned by Donna and Anton, that's very delicious meal and i still remembered that i did not take any dinner on that night. I also made my apple pie, and i am glad that it turned out good. The place did not have a lot of utensils for my apple pie, so i was quite lucky to make this right.

Hydrangea Love!

Got this lovely hydrangea from flower market today. This made my day! Hoping she has a long and strong little life. 

I ordered the same hydrangea for my wedding shoot in Taiwan. 

Autumn has arrived!

Dog Yoga

Finally caught Kailan doing a dog yoga pose on my exercise mat! Whenever we roll out this thing, she just pops onto the mat. We always need to fight space for exercise! She will make sure her big butt got a seat on this soft mat. Crazy dog! 

BFF holiday 2013 - Bangkok (Day 3 & 4)

Haha! Love the hotel I have booked again. That's really stylish in lovely and relaxing hues. 

Interestingly, when I stepped out from the car, I met my colleague Windcy! What a coincidence. But this hotel reflects our taste, and this is no surprise to bump into fashionable and elegant Windcy.

Our room - equipped with a dining area and a kitchen. Mango sticky rice to replace the normal fruit basket, is it awesome?

By the way, we feel so guilty about the food intake this week. So we are doing exercises in mid night! Feeling so much better after the gym section.

A fresh new start on Sunday with the best pancakes and waffles I have ever had in my life. They are so fluffy and tasty. Of course the restaurant is nicely decorated, French style with little touches of American flavors. 

Photographer Joyce Wong keeps saying this is her best shot, because it is showing the feminine side of me (?) 

Honestly speaking, I like the window design so much and thank you for taking a picture of me with that! That's so awesome to look at the green from Cafe Claire.

BFF holiday 2013 - Hua Hin (Day 2)

So happy that our day 2 started with great weather. Had some fun by the pool when sunshine is here. 

It's also time for us to explore this beautiful hotel. Amazing decor with lots of details.

After the morning outdoor fun, we went to the town to explore some attractions. 

It is confirmed that its a boring town. We decided to spend a posh afternoon at Asara Spa, followed by the dinner at Kampu which is located in the same hotel. Very nice hotel by the way.
