First Video Call with Megan

It's a disastrous experience!! When we started the call, Megan just freezed. After I kept talking to her, she started to cry. 

In fact, I find it too cute, as she has not got this kind of experience before. She must be wondering why mama is trapped in the phone?? Of course I thought she's missing me too. Ah Lun denied it right away. 

She has been a happy baby and never cry for long, she was crying hysterically when we did the video call. It's so serious that we have to stop the call. Poor baby. 

I was speaking from the camera. Megan remembered my voice and started to look out for me.

Happy Father's Day

The gift had been delivered to him a long time ago, even before the Mother's Day. He can even make another urgent order for me before Mother's Day. We always argue which design is better. 

Today, we had the dim sum lunch with my family. What a rush for Tse's family because Megan has a busy schedule in the morning. There's only one window of time to go out briefly. 10am after the morning nap and before 11:30am before lunch.

Business Trip - Singapore

Well, this is my third business trip after I resume working. The good thing is I have the power to plan the time of travel, otherwise I will have two trips back to back which means I cannot see Megan for 10 days in the original plan. 

I am staying in Ritz Carlton this time. Very nice hotel with great memories.

MO has the super personalized service but the lobby and room are not too great. 

On the contrary, ritz has really big rooms which appeals to me. 

Am I too stressed? 

I had a meeting above a kids-themed shopping mall. After the meeting, I shopped all these in 30mins during a break. 

I was attracted to go in the shop because of the sales. In the end what I bought are all new arrivals!!! I really hate myself. 

But I think I got so many items within HKD$1000. Not too bad! I don't really get it why I bought 4 bibs. Crazy!

Jennifer visited Megan today. But due to the stranger anxiety for babies under one, Megan has been watching Jennifer from a distance all the time. By end of the gathering, Jennifer and Megan started to become less hostile.

PR Agency of the Year

Yeah! This is the third time we got the gold award, and we are the only PR agency to be in the top 3 in the last 5 years. 

Boss had ordered 5 tables and celebrated the evening with all staff. 

It's a well planned evening, free styling service, pre-dinner drinks and pizza, coach transfer to venue, after-party, and post-award Choco trophy for every staff including interns. Our boss is so good at these. All his hard work paid off and everyone had a nice time. 

I always picked a messy hairdo. This is what I like. Simple and messy. 

Carol is my buddy.

Well organized. After-party is just upstairs. Private-hire!! Wonderful!

Milestone // pincer grasp

Introduced the puff to Megan for the first time. 

It's funny to witness how she put the puff into her little mouth. It took her ages to do that. But she's learning fast. Well done, Megan. 

That was taken one week ago, and now she had perfected her pincer grasp and moved very quickly this morning when she's offered the biscuits. 

House warming

We celebrated Cat's birthday at Donna's new home. Cat was sent to hospital on that day, so it's a gathering without her. 

Donna's place is great and it's very spacious to accommodate the ever expanding BFF. 

As Megan is sticking with me at this new place among so many strangers, I did not have much time to take any pictures. 

It's a brief visit for me again as I needed to rush home before 5pm to feed Megan dinner. 

I arrived exactly 3pm. Always proud to manage time quite well after being a mom. Good to let Megan to familiarize the new place before the strangers are coming. 

Well equipped living room. Crawling on the baby playmat very similar to her own at home. 

Megan loves men generally. But Ball Ball is very persistent, haha. Megan did not cry anymore.
