Annual Leave (Dec 3)

Letting Megan to draw with crayon in the morning. Though it's just a short period of time, she is enjoying it. 

Daddy just had an hour break, he came back home to meet Megan.

Annual Leave (Dec 2)

Ah Lun is only off on Wednesday, so we had a family outing. Originally, we planned visiting Ocean Park. But Megan was too tired yesterday, we did not exhaust her too much on Wednesday. 

We started with a simple morning schedule. Let's try on these comfy shoes from Dubai, bought by my team mate. 

They look so cute but size is just fit. This means they don't fit her anymore next week. 

After nap, we went to Pizza Express first. Great food this round. We had a lousy lunch a long time ago. So quite a surprise! 

She is teething so putting her fingers into her mouth all the time.

So yummy!

We planned visiting the xmas deco at Harbour city, but they looked so ugly. The skyline looked much prettier.

Annual Leave (Dec 1)

It's Tuesday, I need to work at night so we just had a short play time downstairs. 

She just loves holding hands with one of us. She just wanted freedom now.

Annual Leave (Nov 30)

I finally had a hair cut on my first day of my week long holiday. After that, we had a short date at Maritime Square. We seldom has a leisurely walk there, we had a good shopping there. 

We went back home to play with Megan in the tent. So comfy! 

Finally we bought a ball for Megan. But Kailan wanted to play with it badly

Life is not hard anymore with your jokes. I enjoy chatting with you on either serious or silly topics. I am glad that the arrival of baby did not consume our energy, and we still treasure the couple life. 

Sunday (Nov 29)

Love her chubby fingers

Teething again! Lots of drooling and finger sucking this weekend. She's more tempered as well. Teething must be a painful experience for her. 

Before lunch, she's copying me to wipe the floor. She just followed what you do now. 

This baby knew that she's changed and wanted to go out ASAP. This reindeer is so impatient! 

Daddy wanted dim sum this Sunday

Usually, Ah Lun is the one who looked after Megan. 

On Sunday, I usually made pasta as I failed to cook the smallest amount of soft rice in a rice cooker. I was so bad in judging the rice to water proportion. 

Eating pear. It's crunchy and cold, good for a teething baby. 

Saturday (Nov 28)

Big ear and big bottle. 

She is drinking more milk at breakfast. 

A morning walk before playgroup 

These two things are supposed to be carried by my body. Taking a break before the lift. 

Lunch after playgroup is always delayed.

Teepee Tent

I have been waiting for so long to purchase a teepee tent! Finally the living room upgrade work has been done, so a spare play area is reserved for Megan. 

Teepee tent is a hot item in many Nordic kids room. It could be a luxury in tiny flats in HK. The one we purchased is a bit large, and it looks huge in our small flat. The good thing is Megan can walk freely inside the tent. 

Got this from Taobao at RMB250! What a bargain. Sturdy canvas...but the wooden rods are not made from quality wood, but it does not create any problem to the structure. 

Megan was curious. 

She could stand straight in the tent. We exchanged toys from the window on the side. Megan loved the idea and kept forcing a horse toy to pass through the small window. Poor horsie!

We will buy a carpet or mat for her to play inside the tent. 

Teething Sequences

Megan did not grow her teeth on schedule. Tin tin said this is due to her genes, ie Ah Lun or me was also slow in having teeth when we were young. 

Megan is now 13months 3 weeks, and she just popped out two lateral incisors.
