I was at Union Hospital doing my annual post-partum check-up during the playgroup time last Saturday. This is the first time I missed the playgroup. But this looks like a fun session as daddy and Megan made something spectacular together! 

They dipped the beads into the white paint and let them roll in a tray lined with a black art paper. How creative to make it a great activity with a beautiful outcome. 

The next playgroup will be after new year. I miss going with Megan to the playgroup. 

Wednesday date #2 - Dec 16

One of our favorite places in Kwai Fong. Cheap but tasty. 

When I was pregnant, I wanted their cold chocolate drink so badly. I would always drink 1/3 of Ah Lun's chocolate. Tonight we had the hot version, still good.

Ordered a number of books because she loves pictures in the children's books. This classic story comes with the toy. So adorable. 

She's babbling and pretends us reading the story. 

First Visit to Ocean Park

Set off at 10am. Waiting for daddy coming with the car.

After some food, Megan needs to sleep. From 1.5-2 hours sleep reduced to 40mins. That's too short.

Sunday (Dec 13)

Sunday has become so simple but pretty cool, after having Megan. 

The first thing she does everyday is greeting Kailan. 

Walking around and around trying to get her balance after long hours of sleep

Yeah. Daddy is back from work so we are going out. This picture just melted my heart

Saturday (Dec 12)

Exploring 德華公園before playgroup

Finally, we were taking mini bus instead of taxi. Mom got a way to save money. 

She was so excited with the minibus ride and she wanted to touch the uncle sitting next to us. 

In the afternoon, I booked a Christmas party for her. She was not afraid of Santa Claus. May be she's too young to fear. 

 In this room, we are making food art. Composing banana and strawberries to make a candy cane... Good for her. She did not eat well that lunch.

Wednesday date #1 - Dec 9

Ah Lun proposed having dinner outside every Wednesday, if both of us are not working. I mentioned about this idea so long ago, but I was impressed he is the one who make it a regular activity showing up in his diary. We did this a few times earlier, but let's make this hotspot dinner as the inaugural one. 

I really don't know the market price. I find it so expensive as the bill was $6xx. It's just Tao Heung, not fancy at all. 

Shopping

Shopping in traditional term has become a luxury for me after having a baby. We both do a lot of online shopping lately. 

In order not to disturb baby's sleep, we do let the delivery guy to send the boxes to my home address. Kailan was barking seriously in the past. Because of this, my work place has been the collection point. 

This is the scene I came back to the office the first day after the week long holiday. It's all the fault of Black Friday sales!! These are the orders from the whole family! Ranging from books to tees to jacket! Everyone is happy in the house. 

Annual Leave (Dec 6)

Tin tin was requested to work half day as I need to go out with friends. This will let her got some free time in the morning, she needs a break too.

The doggie shoes are too tight now. I have bought these sock+shoe thing from H&M for her. The floor is so cold for her now. She looks like a little rock star everyday. 

Second hand toy from friend. 

Before I leave home, I took Megan downstairs to have a walk. 

So windy! 

Time flies. She's so big now and can walk without assistance.

Great to meet with this group of work friends again. We all worked for the tourism boards in Australia in the past. It's always so much fun to chat with them.
