Humpty Dumpty

She loves Humpty Dumpty so much. This is the new nursery rhyme book I purchased. She wanted it so much last night, and kept asking for the book during the sleeping routine. 

Now she got the book the first thing in the morning after she left her bedroom. 

Tin tin can let her finish her milk (at least 200ml) every morning. On Sunday, When I am on duty, she's just drinking around 120ml. 

Sitting down

When I greeted Megan the first thing this morning, she was sitting with all of her four toys at the corner. So cute. 

She lined them up and let them sit down. So funny!

阿倫驚人的聯想力

阿倫昨天做了咸豬手加餸，好好味之餘，隨手拿起豬骨，說「用了保麗淨，食乜都得」，我立即笑到人仰馬翻。我不能不概嘆阿倫的聯想力及幽默感。

可能其他人並沒有覺得好笑，原因是感受不到原先廣告女主角賣力演出。阿倫給力的表演實在太似廣告嬸嬸，笑死了！

中場加插我完全想不起保麗淨個名，然後叫了「愛麗潔」，再笑了很久很久。

好了，大概沒有人好像我們會拿一個久違了的廣告笑這麼久，這個廣告的喜感就在於嬸嬸大力吃脾，當時推出廣告的時候，我們已經常常笑了。如今，阿倫有機會重演，真是我們一星期的亮點。

謝謝保麗淨及豬脾帶來的快樂。救命，我一邊寫仲一邊笑，在小巴上變了一個怪乘客。

Wednesday Date #8 - 25 May

Luckily, we don't need to work tonight, so our date is on, yeah!!

Ah Lun is taking me to the HK old style steak house - Flying Eagle - tonight. The hand writing on the menu, the signage or the decor are still very old style, so cute. 

The restaurant is super tiny. When we ordered 3 sets, we requested to move to a larger table. 

This bread is as big as Megan's head. Soft and fresh, love it. Look at the curtain behind, it's 60s style. 

He is having two steaks at one time. So funny! 

On our way home, we met Leon Lai. 

Look forward to our next date. 

Weekend (May 21-22)

Serving burger to Kailan

Papa sending us to play school. Not every time Ah Lun could make it due to his busy schedule, so we treasure it very much. 

Go karting for a while before papa left us. 

Megan is playing in the toy kitchen but she's like DJ-ing. 

Peekaboo! 

Sunday morning...... Kailan is patiently waiting for the bread. Normally she will get 1/4 of it. 

Yum cha with grandparents. Always a super fun activity for everyone. 

Always fun to watch them playing. 

When I was preparing her dinner and Ah Lun was not around, she suddenly wanted to get into the baby stroller instead of sitting in the high chair. So I put all the books and water next to her. She just wanted something new. 

At the play school, they taught the concept of opposites. That is the activity sheet finished by Megan yesterday. This was on the floor after playing. But interesting Kailan slept just next to the work sheet. On the work sheet, there's a big sleeping dog, just like Kailan. The work sheet helped Megan to understand asleep and awake. It's not a set-up, so it's hilarious to me. 

That's another busy weekend, but filled with love. 

Wednesday Date #7 - May 17

It's not Wednesday yet, but we cannot wait until tomorrow. 

Because we have a reason to celebrate. We just enrolled Megan into Cannan Kindergarten Nursery Class today, we have also successfully moved her to morning class. So happy now! 

I may need to work tomorrow evening so I am eager to move our date to Tuesday night. 

We visited a new cafe in Kwai Fong called Toolss. It's a stylish cafe selling stationery. It's sitting in an unknown alley in the back of Kwai Fong. Nice decor, but very bad sitting causing Ah Lun to complain so much afterwards. 

Such a great date tonight. Really look forward to our next date.

I bought a pair of sun glasses from $12 shop for Megan. She did not like them last month, but suddenly she likes them this month. 

Today, she proactively put them on, and Ah Lun captured. 

What can I say?

Tin tin is such a good teacher, with an artistic sense. 

Today she made a bunch of colorful butterflies and stick them into the alphabet tea towel. 

I have already got lots of book about colors, but tin tin is trying to reinforce what we have told Megan. 

I bought some colorful papers from Ikea last week, and it's amazing that she created these beautiful butterflies. 

Megan is already knowing all colors in English. This is quite amazing. 

Happy Mother's Day 2016

This is my second Mother's Day. Megan still cannot understand the festival, but teacher let her to make a card for me. 

Today, we went out to have high tea with my family. We were impressed by Megan's patience at such a young age. She's really well behaved. 

When there's food, she just loves staying in the table. It's very easy to manage her indeed.

Tin Tin and my holidays (May 1 - 15)

It's been a tough experience for us when Tin Tin is away for the first 10 days. It's much more difficult because I need to work and attend conference calls. Since there are some major projects going on, I could not be excused and need to work while I am taking care of Megan. Luckily, during those calls, Ah Lun did not need to work, he helped me to look after Megan. But Megan, like any toddler in the world, is much closer to mama. I heard she's crying for mama for a million times while I was working in the bedroom. 

We feel so blessed that Megan did not request for Tin Tin during her holiday. It has proven that we are still the closest persons to her. All our hard work (play time and care-taking duties are all fulfilled) are paid off. 

When tin tin is back, it took for one minute to recall her name haha. Tin tin was so sweet to bring us so many mangoes and also a xylophone for Megan. We were blessed. 

We took Megan out to Ocean Park on Friday, May 13. She was not in a good shape. She looked so tired at the park. 

We found out that she had a fever after she's back home. We took her to the hospital at 2am, and I hold her to sleep for 3 -4 hours as she did not want to sleep on her own in the bed. She's so uncomfortable that's why we had to give in. The medicine had made her so weak. Luckily, she's back to normal with one dose of medicine and one round of nap. 

Megan was still saying "seal", "panda" and "penguin" at the hospital. Recalling the words she said at the ocean park. 

You can see she's quite excited but we looked so worried.
