扣肉Cake
He made a fresh kiwi sauce as the fillings between the cake layers. He also coated some cakes with chocolate. When he presented the cake, I thought he is bringing out a 扣肉飯. Though it's not really good looking, but the cake is very tasty. This has reconfirmed his cooking talent.
Of course, the surprise enhances the taste.
Oops, he confirmed this is my birthday in Chinese calendar. Well, I did not argue with him because there's no way I could win in this bday game.

你像「小學雞」他爸嗎？ - 李純恩
據說因為網上播出了「小學雞」的混帳片段，今年書展裏，教父母如何教孩子的書特別好賣。許多為人父母者，都怕孩子不學好，於是看書取經，希望教出好兒女。
其實教兒女要看書取經，或是聽「專家」講座，這樣的父母本身已經有問題了。
你看那「小學雞」，你以為問題在他身上？問題根本就是出在他父母的身上。
「子不教，父之過。」三字經都說了。孩子是什麼德性，父母應該最清楚。孩子出了毛病，父母也應該最清楚原因。老實說，父母像樣，子女像樣。子女不像樣，你去看他們的父母，多數德性也差。
想要把孩子教好，自己先要似個人樣。這是看書看不回來的，如果你自己都不知怎麼做人，還如何去教孩子？在這件事上，只有不是的父母，沒有不是的孩子。
教兒子，貴在溝通，溝通的訣竅只有兩個字：用心。溝通不了，就是不夠用心，不用心去了解孩子的想法和習性，便無法教孩子。反之，孩子總會聽教。
這也是「盡信書不如無書」的事情。怕孩子變成「小學雞」，那你先照照鏡子，看看自己像不像那個「小學雞」的爸爸。先看看自己有沒有得救，才可知孩子有沒有得救。

Team Gathering at Fofo by El Willy
FOFO by el willy is one of the best Spanish restaurants in Hong Kong.
I am glad that Liz picked this place for our team gathering.
It is a Wednesday night, but the place was packed.
Not only the food is great, the decoration is nicely done. Love all the bright white ceramics animals - penguins, pigs, elephants, owls, etc.
Cheers everyone! let's celebrate the good achievements in the first half of 2011.
All the lovely food has reminded me of our pleasant journey in Barcelona in 2009. I just found out that the tomato garlic bread here is as good as the ones back in Spain. Pink Sangria is also a great choice. What else, of course the Iberian Ham!!!
Service is OK, but not the type which wows you...
