Weekend with Megan

She's sleeping in the bottom of the crib again. So funny! 

Every time we woke her up, she's a happy baby. Most probably she sleeps so well for 11hours in one go. 

I am offering bread to her this morning to shuffle her routine a bit. Nowadays, she explores her food and get bored with things easily. 

This kind of things will not be initiated by helper. Mom cannot be lazy at all times. 

Bread is Kailan's favourite. She was so excited when we gave it to Megan. In the end, Megan was feeding Kailan. So touching. 

She's cruising along the corridor. She has gained so much confidence nowadays in walking

She's a mini fashionista. I love how well she carries the clothes. So adorable! 

So sweet. Daddy is playing with Megan after he's off from work. 

Megan loves eating. After lunch, she's still hungry so I gave her rice cake. Well, you can see how Kailan wanted it. 

Megan was holding the last bite of biscuit tight. She's cheeky. 

After Megan's finishing the rice cake, Kailan still wants to smell and stuck her head into the play mat. 

Megan likes drinking water, that keeps her poo poo in good order. She has 2-3 poo poo a day. 

By the way, time to have a hair cut. 

We always had one meal for the whole day during Megan's awake time. As megan is older, she is interested in everything. Only food can keep her entertained. It's 100% full attention. 

My weekend ends like this. It's such a great one because it's simple but happy.

It's pork knuckle!! Baked from our oven by Ah Lun. So yummy! 

The chicken soup is really sweet too, without adding salt. That's how Mr Tse and his daddy prepare soup. 

Megan decided to laugh, not cry

Most babies may cry if they see this ugly eye glasses. But Megan was not scared, and laughed whenever I put on the eye glasses. She has a great sense of humour, well done! 

I took this out for my company summer party, I was using the eye glasses to tease her before I put them back into my drawer. Baby is so interested in them and giggled! 

No crying at all and she understood they are fake.

Going out for a short walk on a hot day. 

Zooming out a bit, she's so tall that she looks like over one year old. All her outfits are now 12-18m. 

Kailan <3

Kailan is sleeping more these days. I just worried if she's getting old. She's just 6.5 years old. 

We always want to hug her and play with her while baby is sleeping, but she wants sleeping more in the early evening. 

Say bye bye to alma mini crib!

Finally, our beloved Bloom alma mini crib has to go because baby is very long nowadays. Afterall, most foreign babies can use it until baby is 6m old. Megan is now 10.5m old. A potential buyer will come to see it on Sunday. 

The new crib is so big that baby sleeps there comfortably! Her head should be on the right, but this morning, I found her sleeping at the bottom of the crib. Haha. 

she's not waking up early today too. may be the new mattress is very soft and offers her a good sleep.
