2010 Business Trip #3 - Singapore (Oct 19 - 26)

SINGAPORE - I just realized I had not visited the Lion City for one full year. There had been some big changes lately, such as the Marina Bay Sands, Universal Studio, etc.

The most disappointing part is the coverage of wifi in Singapore.

It's still not common to have free wifi in Singapore. it's difficult to live without wifi once you have joined the i-phone / i-pad community!!

Interestingly, many many Singaporeans have been using iphones too.

Our head office has booked us Ritz Carlton Singapore at a special industry rate. However, we got the old rooms by taking this special offer. According to the U Magazine guide book, Wen Jia Bao was their hotel guest. However, i really preferred to stay in newer hotels with wifi. I cannot understand why i could not get better internet connection in a 5-star property?!
