Pam requested for a healthy cake; Ann's suggestion is pandan cake from Toast Box.
I ordered the cake by calling the shop in the morning hoping that no one else will get the whole cake before me!
The shop assistant packed the cake nicely before my arrival, but unfortunately, i found out that the cake was already cut into pieces!! Holy cow! Then, how can we ask Liz to cut the cake?
It's actually a crisis management.
After an open-end discussion, we decided to name each piece of cake as a team member and pile it up for Liz. Dubai team was responsible for building that cake tower. It's kind of cute with the little name tags i have made in 10 mins.
The art work was completed in a very short lead time. But it's rewarding to see Liz and other members smiling!
Another creative cake project in my life...... after having Kung's Japanese red bean cake tower; Shirley's fish ball pyramid, and Irene's Chinese tulip birthday cake.
Prep time! I assisted to add the 3 extra pieces to fill up that hole in the middle.
Liz loves the wobbling cake, haha!
