Everyone was very excited for this black tie event. My dark green dress was purchased may be a few months ago. Reason 1- I love shopping; Reason 2 - I may not see any dress I like in a very short time frame. Therefore, my strategy is to buy dresses for different purposes at any time!
It was a cheap dress cost less than HKD800. But I need a necklace to match, and they cost much more than the dress! I was still wearing my favourite wooden clutch from French Connection. It's not only my favourite but also loved by male and female colleagues! I really like one of the comments about the clutch - it's a weapon!
We hired a make up artist to visit our office after lunch. 8 girls from corporate and financial services teams lined up to arrange eye make up and hair do. What a fun day at the office.
Boss even ordered a coach to send us to the hotel, what an entrance!
We really had a fun and glam night out.
In the end, we of course is the gold medalist. But you know it's such a torture to wait for the official announcement.
We had an after party at cafe gray. Had some champagne and photos before heading home.
In the old days, boss will order chocolate cigar to the staff. He is so creative this year, he made one chocolate trophy for everyone with our name on it! So cute!
